At present, NOVALTA is carrying out privatization advisory services on behalf of the Republic of Belarus, co-managing a project for the National Agency of Investment and Privatization and Ministry of Economy for the privatization of state-owned enterprises – with World Bank support – as part of the “Mattig Management Partners – Alfa Bank – Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev and Partners” advisory group.
